Tight Squeeze

We tested the water from a new customer in our office and, based on the results, we recommended a neutralizer, 20" canister filter, and a water softener. However, space was very limited. We managed to squeeze the properly sized equipment between the customer's clothes dryer and pressure tank.

It's important to understand certain filtration requirements prior to scheduling an installation. Backwashing filtration typically requires roughly 2-5 feet of wall space, at least 68 inches of height (clearance) available, a place to run drain line for water discharge, electrical outlet (standard 110v), and adequate water supply. Often times, laundry rooms meet these requirements, as was the case with this new happy customer!
