This customer called hoping we could service the existing system to correct pH issues, but unfortunately the existing tank was too small to treat the water properly. We recommended and installed a new, properly sized neutralizer to ensure the pH is always in a good range.

It's important to correct the pH of water entering any plumbing system, as too low and too high pH makes water aggressive and corrosive. Low pH will corrode metal fittings, fixtures, and other components of plumbing. High pH water (10.0+) can be equally as aggressive, desiring nothing more than to dissolve anything it can, such as certain plastics, metals, etc.
