Seven months after the devastating impact of Hurricane Helene in Western North Carolina, a wonderful couple paid us a visit in our office with a water sample and a unique situation. Their crawl space, where a filtration system was located, had been completely flooded and filled with mud. Fortunately, they were not injured from the storm and they happened to have flood insurance. After nearly six months and several hoops to jump through, their insurance company agreed to cover a new filtration system.

The customers brought us a sample of their well water and we tested it for free, as we always do. Based on their test results, we recommended a neutralizer and a water softener. The install had its fair share of challenges but, after some digging, sweat, and borderline tears - their brand new water system was installed successfully and now their water quality is better than ever!
