This customer recently purchased and renovated this home. We have worked together on previous projects, so they decided to use our services again. We tested the water to figure out what filtration would be needed. The water tested slightly hard with a low pH. We recommended and installed a neutralizer and water softener.

Even though this customer's water only tested slightly hard, it's important to know that any hardness, in combination with low pH, is an issue. Installing a neutralizer to correct the pH also adds some hardness (calcium and magnesium) to the water. Therefore, it is our recommendation to install a water softener, to prevent calcium buildup.
