This home had a water filtration system that was no longer working. Frustrated with terrible water quality, the homeowner contacted Mountain Water Systems to see what could be done. Unfortunately, the existing equipment was not the right equipment to address their well water issues. After testing the water, we recommended a neutralizer and a water softener, based on the test results and symptoms in the house.

We disposed of the old equipment and replaced it with a system designed specifically for the customer's water chemistry. Very often, we encounter homeowners who are frustrated with their water quality after a Contractor has hired a plumber to install water filtration. Most plumbers can and will install water filtration, and are perfectly good plumbers. However, in many cases, plumbers are not water filtration experts and the equipment installed fails to get the job done over time.
