We hope you and your loved ones had a successful holiday season, chalked full of good food, good cheer, and good company (or some good alone time!). We've officially said "goodbye" to 2024 but a lot of it carries over to 2025 and we're still here to help. Enter the "New Year's Resolution."

Now may be the time to get a jump on the new year and get your affairs in order. Water filtration, when things seem to be running smooth, tends to be an overlooked, sometimes neglected, "out of sight, out of mind" thing. However, it's an investment, and we strongly recommend protecting your investment and staying on top of your water quality. This is why we recommend yearly maintenance on all water filtration equipment. So, exactly what does that look like?

First, we recommend contacting us to get on the schedule by either giving us a call at 828-683-5400, by emailing us at mountainwatersystems@gmail.com or via our contact form here. Due to high volume, we may be scheduling 1-2 months out but our new year's resolution is to improve our turn around time. Geneva will discuss your system with you and make service recommendations.

Our friendly Technician(s) will arrive in a big white van that's equipped with every tool and part needed to fully service our filtration equipment. We will need a water sample collected from the cold side of the kitchen sink (or the most used fixture in the house). We test the water in order to understand your water chemistry (hardness, pH, iron, and TDS). We will fully service the water system, performing routine maintenance such as cleaning, filter changing, diagnostics, data mining, part replacements (if necessary), and make sure everything is working optimally. Payment for your service appointment can be made on site by way of check, cash, or card - or by mail, or phone. Our technicians will go over their findings and answer any questions you may have.

If it's been a while since your water system has been serviced (or never serviced), perhaps 2025 is the year to make the call? We are as up-front as possible but try to make the process as painless as possible too. Your water quality is our number one concern.
