So there, it's a pretty ridiculous analogy but, for today's blog, we're talking water sources (and here and there like a pirate). About 5 hours or so from the ocean up here in the mountains of Western North Carolina, we install and service water treatment equipment on well water, city water, and spring water - but no sea water. Yes, some scallywags tap into springs. For those that do, we highly recommend a UV light to kill the scurvy, a sediment filter to catch the grit before the UV light and, from there, it depends on how the water tests.
